Integrative Psychotherapy

A confidential space to explore what's holding you back. Drawing on Jungian approaches and contemporary methods, I help you understand your patterns, your inner conflicts, and your hidden resources.

Psychotherapy is for anyone going through difficulty (burnout, depression, anxiety, trauma) or anyone who simply wants to understand themselves better. We look at what's actually going on, without judgment, at your pace.

For: adults & adolescents

Frequency: Weekly or biweekly

Combines breathing, dynamic relaxation, and visualisation to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance. Especially useful for managing stress, improving sleep, preparing for significant events, and navigating transitions.

The techniques are simple, practical, and can be used independently in daily life.

Format: Individual sessions or integrated into therapeutic support.

For: Adults, adolescents, children

Sophrology

Ericksonian Hypnosis

A gentle approach that accesses your unconscious resources to create lasting change. Particularly effective for stress, insomnia, addiction, phobias, anxiety, chronic pain, and trauma. Also used to improve concentration, confidence, and performance.

 

You remain conscious and in control throughout. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of deep relaxation that allows your mind to work differently.

Format: Personalised 60-minute sessions 

For: Anyone ready to explore a complementary approach.

Emotional Freedom Techniques

A mind-body method combining acupressure point stimulation with emotional and cognitive work. By gently tapping specific points while focusing on an emotional difficulty, EFT releases blockages, calms the nervous system, and transforms negative patterns. Particularly effective for stress, anxiety, phobias, trauma, and limiting beliefs.

Format: Integrated into sessions as needed 

Advantage: Simple to learn, can be used independently
