EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a mind-body method that combines the stimulation of acupressure points with emotional and cognitive work.

By gently tapping specific points on the body while focusing on an emotional difficulty, EFT releases energetic blockages, calms the nervous system, and transforms negative emotional patterns.

This technique is particularly effective for treating stress, anxiety, phobias, trauma, limiting beliefs, and emotional pain. Simple and accessible, it provides rapid and lasting relief.
