How Sessions Work

Each session lasts 60 minutes (75-90 minutes for couples) in a strictly confidential setting, online or in person.

First Appointment

We begin by exploring what brings you here: your current situation, your history, your needs. This helps me understand your context and determine the most suitable approach.

Following Sessions

Depending on your situation, I integrate different modalities (psychotherapy, hypnosis, sophrology, EFT), always adapted to your needs in the moment. No rigid protocol. Each session evolves based on where you are.

The Therapeutic Space

My role is to create a space where you can set down what weighs on you without judgment. A place to see clearly, understand your patterns, and figure out what you actually have to work with. You set the pace. I support you where you're ready to go, never further.

Session Frequency

Some people come weekly, others fortnightly or monthly. We determine together what rhythm suits you.

Duration of Support

There's no fixed duration. Some support lasts a few months, others several years. You're free to stop at any time. My goal isn't to create dependency but to help you regain your own autonomy.
