We spend our lives searching for answers.
Books, podcasts, experts, advice… and now AI that instantly gives us the answer to everything.
We accumulate, consult, and ask Google, ChatGPT, and algorithms.
Despite extensive external searches, clarity remains elusive. Decisions stay unclear.
What if we’ve been looking in the wrong place?
What if the answers already live within us, within our intuition, our body, that inner wisdom we all possess… but were never taught to listen to?
Carl Jung said it best:
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.”
Why We Lost Touch with Our Inner Wisdom
In childhood, we’re told what to think
From a young age, our parents and the current society guide us, often with love, telling us what’s right, what to think, and how to react.
We are never taught to feel.
No one asks us:
“What is your body telling you? What do you really feel?”
Instead, we’re told:
“You should feel this way. You should do this.”
Little by little, we learn to ignore our own feelings and adopt those given to us.
At school, academic knowledge overrides intuition
The right answers come from books, teachers, and exams. Intellectual knowledge is valued, measured, and rewarded.
Intuition ? Rarely mentioned.
We are taught to memorise, analyse, and reason, but never to listen to our feelings or trust our inner voice.
The result? We develop intellect at the expense of intuitive intelligence.
In the age of AI: total disconnection
Today, we go even further. A question? Ask ChatGPT. A doubt? Google it. A decision? Check online reviews.
We even outsource our thinking.
We no longer take time to pause, feel, and look within. We click. We scroll. We ask algorithms. And in this constant outward movement, toward screens, experts, and artificial intelligence, we lose touch with our own inner intelligence.
Our Inner Wisdom Is Real
Our unconscious knows.
Our unconscious processes millions of pieces of information every second. It stores our experiences, understands our patterns and deep needs.
It knows, often long before our conscious mind understands.
Our body speaks
That feeling in your stomach when something feels “off”? That tension in a toxic situation? That lightness when you’re on the right path?
That’s your body guiding you in subtle ways. We’ve just learned to ignore these signals.
Our intuition knows us
Intuition isn’t mystical. It’s our deep wisdom emerging, a calm, quiet voice that knows what we need and which direction to take.
We’ve all experienced those moments when we just knew, without being able to explain why. Or those moments when we didn’t listen… and regretted it.
How to Reconnect
Slow down and reduce the noise
Our inner wisdom needs silence, space, and disconnection. Put down your phone. Close your computer. Stop searching outside.
Create space to hear.
Relearn how to feel
Start asking yourself: “What do I really feel?”
Not “What should I feel?” Not “What does AI tell me to do?”
What do I feel?
Listen to your body
Which situations create tension? When do you feel lightness? Your body provides data far more valuable than any algorithm.
Trust recurring intuitions
When a feeling keeps coming back, it’s not random. It’s your inner wisdom insisting.
Create a space to listen
Sometimes the noise is too loud, conditioning too deep, and fear is too present. Sometimes we need a safe, confidential, and supportive space where this inner voice can finally be heard.
You Already Know
If you’re reading this, it may be because a part of you already knows something. A part of you is seeking confirmation. Permission. A space to finally listen to that inner voice you’ve been taught to ignore since childhood.
You already know.
You’ve just never learned to listen, to feel, to trust.
Your best answers are not in a book, from an expert, or from AI.
They are within you. They’ve always been there, waiting for you to hear them and act on them!
